1. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)

Under GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

• You withdraw your consent (if processing was based on consent).

• You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds.

• The data was processed unlawfully.

• Deletion is required by law.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data, please send a request to:

In your request, please include:

• Your full name and email address associated with your account.

• A clear statement that you wish to have your personal data deleted.

• Any additional information that will help us locate your data (e.g., Pipedrive account ID, WhatsApp Business number).

3. Verification Process

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may include responding to a confirmation email or providing additional identifying information.

4. What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified:

• We will delete all personal data stored in our systems within 30 days (unless a shorter period is required by law).

• Any connected CRM or messaging data synced from third-party platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, WhatsApp Business API) will also be deleted from our systems, but you must request deletion separately from those providers if needed.

• Certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention).
