Our Service enables you to connect your Pipedrive account, send WhatsApp Business API (WABA) marketing messages using approved templates, and automatically sync customer responses into Pipedrive.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have legal authority to bind your company or organization to these Terms.

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Pipedrive’s terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages.

  • Violate WhatsApp Business Platform policies or Pipedrive’s terms of use.

  • Transmit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the Service.

  • Misuse customer personal data in violation of GDPR or other privacy laws.

5. Data & Privacy

  • Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you send through the Service.

  • The Service requires active accounts with Pipedrive and the WhatsApp Business API.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or limitations imposed by Pipedrive or WhatsApp.

  • You must comply with the terms of service of these third-party platforms.

7. Fees & Payment

  • Some features require a paid subscription.

  • All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • We may change our fees with at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
